Our Location

We live in Colchester, Vermont, and manufacture our sauces in South Burlington. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle both small batches and large-scale orders with consistency and care.

Sending a Gift

If you are sending a gift to someone, please make sure the recipient will be home at the delivery time provided. If we are unable to deliver due to the recipient not answering or is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If this results in us having to take the gift back with us, arrangements will have to be made for either pickup or an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Payment

We process all payments through PayPal by either logging in with an existing PayPal account or by using a credit card. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment through their website. They will process the credit card safely and securely.

Please note that payment needs to be received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice email. If payment is not received, the order will be considered abandoned. Payment must be received for your order to be confirmed. Orders are subject to availability.

Refunds

You can initiate a return for most unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 20 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a refund for only unopened products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
